Gas fire-extinguishing system is one of four traditional fixed fire extinguishing systems (water spray, gas, foam, and dry powder) and the application range is extensive. Gas fire-extinguishing system has the following characteristics: First, this system has good insulativity and can extinguish electrical fire; Second, the fire extinguishing agent is clean and without residue during and after fire extinguishing; Third, it is fast in fire extinguishing. There are two structures for the high-pressure connection hose: One is that both ends of the hose are steel structure connector; in which, one connector is a 90° elbow. Flexible hose is in the middle of straight pipe. The regulating variable of the high-pressure connection hose in this structure is very small in height and direction. The processing accuracy of the frame height of the fire extinguishing storage cylinder of cold weld assembly is very high and the connection is difficult and strenuous. Improper processing may lead to poor sealing performance and high vibration and leakage of fire extinguishing agent during blowing out. Another structure is that the both ends of high-pressure connection hose are short-distance stainless steel connector. The length of the flexible hose can be easily regulated in the direction of X and Y axes. It is characterized by quick connection, labor-saving, better connection sealing, and smaller vibration of the entire gas fire extinguishing system/equipment. Leader Haixin adopts the high-pressure connection hose in the latter structure.
(7) In the startup pipeline of the gas fire-extinguishing system with pipe network, Leader Haixin has designed and installed low-pressure safe leakage valve to prevent the gas startup device from false startup of the system caused by slow leakage, thus effectively guaranteeing the quality of the product.
3. Vibration Resistance and High/low Temperature Resistance
Gas fire-extinguishing system product export project is also called as the export of gas fire-extinguishing system, gas fire extinguishing equipment export, and called as gas fire-extinguishing export. All parts and components of the gas fire-extinguishing system should have good vibration resistance and high/low temperature resistance. Such parts and components can endure the long-distance three-dimensional transportation (by sea, land, and air) and will not cause equipment leakage or false startup due to the stormy waves, bump, high/low-temperature weather conditions, etc. during transportation. The container valve of fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder cannot be started until the seal membrane of the startup air chamber of the container valve is punctured. There is no start handle on the external surface of this valve. The important characteristics of the container valve in this structure are collision resistance, vibration resistances, and +70℃ high temperature and -30℃ low temperature resistance. Thus, the fire extinguishing agent is guaranteed free from leakage and false startup resulting from vibration and high/low temperature variation.

This sets forth more rigid requirement on the packaging of the product. All parts and components of gas fire-extinguishing system shall be packed with packaging-case. The packaging shall at least satisfy the following requirements:
(1) The packaging case adopts export packaging case. It is also called as export wood packaging box, export wood box, plywood case, non-fumigation packing box, etc. It is absolutely prohibited to use ordinary wood packaging box, which cannot be cleared by the customs.
(2) The shipping mark on packaging box shall include the following contents:
a. Acronym or abbreviation of the name of consignee or buyer;
b. Reference number, such as waybill number, order number or invoice number;
c. Name of destination;
d. Number of pieces.
(3) Damp-proof treatment shall be conducted on packaging box. Moisture sealer shall be bound in the internal wall of packaging box and a certain amount of drying agent shall be placed.
(4) Collision treatment shall be conducted on the packaging box. Collision plastic foam board shall be placed in the internal wall of packaging box. All parts and components in the box shall be put in order. Parts and components shall be separated and stuffed up with plastic foam board. Each fire extinguishing cylinder group shall be fixed on the bottom of packaging box with 2~3 packaging belts to prevent them from rolling and collision during transportation.
(5) Product packing list shall be placed in each packaging box, indicating the name of part and component in the box, specification and model, quantity, etc.
(6) Tray shall be provided at the bottom of each packaging box for the convenience of loading and transshipment.
(7) For over-length parts and components which cannot be packed with packaging box, such as steel pipe, they shall be packed by way of stacking. Stacking should be regular and neat. Tray shall be provided for the bottom for the convenience of handling equipment such as forklift to transship. Steel belt shall be used for packaging and fixing at the interval of approximately2m, to prevent the steep pipes from falling apart.

5. Simple and Quick Installation without Processing and Manufacturing on Site

Since the product is installed in foreign country, processing conditions are unavailable on site. All parts and components must be processed before delivery. Secondary processing is not allowed during site assembly. The startup pipeline between each startup device and fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder in Leader Haixin gas fire extinguishing system is designed with high-cost stainless steel metal hose, instead of the low-cost DN4~6mmred copper tube adopted by most domestic manufacturers. If DN4~6mmred copper tube is used, the startup pipeline shall be processed with special tools according to the actual structure on site by cutting, bending, reaming, etc. So far, only Leader Haixin takes the lead in the use of stainless steel hose for the purpose of "all for the sake of users". This approach increases the cost of gas manufacturer, but avoids the trouble of site processing for copper tube, realizes the purpose of no field processing for all parts and components of the system, makes the installation of the system much simple, convenient, and fast. This can improve the installation efficiency by more than 4 times and greatly reduce the field installation cost on site.
6. Field installation can be conducted according to materials and drawings without the field guidance of manufacturer's representative.

The installation is conducted in foreign country. Field installation can be realized according to materials and drawings while manufacturer is unnecessary to send technician to provide field guidance, thus saving installation time and the cost of personnel abroad. Detailed system installation drawing and cylinder group equipment installation drawing have been drawn according to each project for the export project of Leader Haixin gas fire extinguishing system product. Before delivery, the equipment of cylinder group has been actually installed in factory. The installation process has been taken into pictures and video for archiving. Professional installation slides have been produced according to the assembly sequence. Those materials and drawings are randomly provided to users at the time of delivery, really realizing the “automatic” installation or “building block” assembly of all parts and components of the gas fire extinguishing system. During actual installation, it is unnecessary to dispatch personnel for to provide field guidance. Even if there is any problem, the problem may be solved via telephone communication.
